For Special Education(SPED) and School Discipline clients, we have a standard hourly rate $500/hour, however we have discounted rates, subscription services, and flat rates on brief services such as manifestation determination hearings and school discipline representation.

SPED and School Discipline clients who meet the poverty guidelines between 25% and 175% qualify for pro bono assistance or discounted brief service rates and our subscription service and discounted flat rate.

****Client requesting a discounted rate will need to provide proof income to qualify for discounted or pro bono rate.****

For Social Security clients starting in March 2024, the maximum lawyer fee for Social Security Disability is determined by the Social Security Administration (SSA), which must approve all fee agreements in advance. Their criteria for approval include:
