We are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals facing significant legal challenges, regardless of their financial circumstances. We prioritize access to justice. Our pro bono legal assistance services encompass a wide range of areas, including social security, prisoner disciplinary hearings, and parole cases. We firmly believe that access to justice is a fundamental right, and we are committed to providing high-quality legal representation to those who may not have the means to afford it.

Starting in March 2024, our pro bono services extend to Social Security cases, where we assist clients in navigating the complex process of filing for benefits. We understand the importance of these benefits for individuals and families facing financial hardship due to disabilities. Currently, we represent clients in NYS prisoner disciplinary hearings and parole cases, we provide crucial legal support to incarcerated individuals, ensuring that their rights are protected and that they have a fair chance at justice. At Advocates for the Voiceless, we are proud to offer pro bono assistance in these critical areas, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.
